During 20 years of Life Sciences industry experience, Jean Paul has acquired a deep understanding of sales management, selling processes, training & development, customer relationship management strategies and multi-channel selling. At Organon (Schering Plough) and J&J, Jean Paul held various senior commercial positions at global, European and local level. He has a proven track record in leading global and European CRM/Sales Excellence change programs. Jean Paul holds a teachers 1st degree ( Physical Education and Sports) and during his career he gained several qualifications in marketing, sales training & management, Pharmaceutical Business Administration and an MBA in sales. He is an associated partner of Eagle Rock Life Sciences with focus on sales processes.
