Marty Groen in ’t Woud, MSc, MBA

Marty is a hands-on strategist with over 25 years international experience in creating, translating and implementing marketing strategies in the Life Sciences industry. He has a deep understanding of product and market innovation, customer- and market insights, creating and implementing contemporary and sustainable marketing strategies.

At RPR (Sanofi), Organon, Astellas and Teva, Marty held various senior commercial positions at global, European and local level with a proven marketing leadership track record. Marty holds an MBA in marketing and management accounting, and a master in physical education. He is an EMA certified Senior Marketing Professional, a registered university teacher and TMA certified talent manager. Marty is an associate partner of Eagle Rock Life Sciences focusing on organizational growth through sustainable marketing strategy, ensuring product-, market-, and organizational readiness.
