Dic Geuens, LLM

Dic Geuens has around 20 years of international legal experience. He has held several senior legal positions in listed companies, mainly in pharma/ biotech (Pharming, Aon, Yamanouchi and Solvay). With Pharming he held the position of General Counsel & Company Secretary. He was also a member of the Executive Group of Pharming and held the position of director of the US-subsidiary. Dic’s experience covers all legal aspects associated with the pharmaceutical/ biotech industry: partnering deals (including JV’s, distribution and licensing), M&A, restructuring, financing, (toll) manufacturing, business disputes, product liability, risk management (including insurance) and compliance. He received his Master in Law from Leiden University. He is an associate partner of Eagle Rock Life Sciences with a focus on Legal, Compliance and Insurance.
