Jan Damm, PhD

Jan Damm has more than 25 years of experience in (GMP-)compliance and quality management and laboratory management. He studied (bio)chemistry at the Leiden University and received his PhD in analytical chemistry / biopharmaceutics at the University of Utrecht. As from 1989 he worked for Organon, Schering-Plough and MSD in various functions like (senior) research scientist, group leader BioMolecular Research, departmental head of the Quality Control laboratories and senior director Quality Systems. In this last function he was responsible for a.o. the internal auditing program, the supplier audits and the preparations for and the hosting of inspections by various health authorities. He is an associate partner of Eagle Rock Life Sciences with a focus on quality systems management.
