Jan Peter van Suchtelen, LLM

Jan Peter van Suchtelen has over 16 years experience as a lawyer and compliance expert. Having started his career with law firm Nauta Dutilh, Jan Peter subsequently worked for, inter alia, Akzo Nobel, Organon and Abbott. Next to his broad legal expertise, Jan Peter is specialized in pharmaceutical compliance and counterfeiting. He worked as a lobbyist in the Netherlands and Brussels and developed and implemented the Global Marketing Ethics & Compliance Program for Organon BioSciences. Jan Peter was a member of the board of the Pharmaceutical Security Institute and worked in various committees of the international pharma industry associations EFPIA, IFPMA and PhRMA. Jan Peter received Master of Laws degrees from the Universities of Leiden, the Netherlands and Durham, England. He obtained his bar exam in the Netherlands. He is associate partner of Eagle Rock Life Sciences, focussing on Legal and Compliance.
