Tjeerd Korver, PhD

Tjeerd Korver is a medical biologist by training, with over 20 years experience in clinical development. In 1991, he received his PhD degree in experimental rheumatology at the University of Amsterdam and joined Organon shortly afterwards. Working in Regulatory Affairs until 1995 and in Clinical R&D ever since, he has contributed to the establishment of a wide range oral, implantable, intrauterine and intravaginal contraceptive products. Between 2005 and 2012 has been leading the Gynecology group at Organon Biosciences, Schering-Plough (2007-2009) and Merck/MSD (2009-2012). Tjeerd joined Eagle Rock Life Sciences early 2013 as associate partner with the focus on Regulatory Affairs and Clinical R&D.
